Guerilla Running Boot CampWe offer challenging boot camps, Mondays and Thursday nights in Olympia, designed for the unique needs of runners. In January 2013, we will be adding a Thursday night Beginner's Boot Camp. Programs are designed to increase strength, prevent injury and improve fitness! More information here. Our certified yoga instructors provide a gentle and necessary opportunity to increase flexibility and eliminate injury. Classes are all levels. More information here.
